When you submit a rate request or contact form, we collect the information you enter: company name, your name, work email, phone number, the lane details and any notes you add.

Our servers also record standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used for security and to keep the site working, not to build a profile.

To respond to your request, quote your freight, and manage the shipment if you become a customer. That is the only reason.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that operate this site and our email delivery, and only to the extent needed to do that job.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than a third-party font network, so no font provider receives your IP address.

Rate requests are retained for as long as needed to serve the account and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed freight brokers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to the address below, and we will do it except where a record must be kept by law.

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. There is no form to fill out — a plain email is enough.
