Website use
You may use this site to learn about our services and to request a rate. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Rates and quotes
A rate given through this site or by phone is an estimate based on the information provided. It is not a contract. Rates are confirmed in writing on a rate confirmation before a load is tendered, and can change if the freight, dates, dimensions or accessorial requirements differ from what was described.
Broker status
Dock To Drive operates as a licensed property broker. We arrange transportation; we are not the motor carrier. Freight is moved by independent carriers under their own operating authority and insurance, subject to the terms of our broker–carrier agreement and the applicable bill of lading.
Service commitments
Response times, on-time figures and other performance numbers shown on this site describe how we operate and what we measure. They are commitments we manage to, not warranties, and they do not modify the terms of a signed transportation agreement.
